Munshi ("we", "us"), operated by Jaydeep Consulting (Purbi Champaran, Bihar, India), provides an AI assistant that businesses use to respond to their customers on WhatsApp. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we process
- Business information our customers give us to configure their assistant (business name, services, pricing, FAQs, booking links).
- WhatsApp messages exchanged between a business and its customers via the official WhatsApp Business Platform, so the assistant can understand and reply.
- Contact details such as the phone number of a person messaging a business.
How we use it
- To generate relevant replies and route conversations to the correct business.
- To let a business review its conversations and take over a chat manually.
- To improve reliability and support.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that power the product — the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) for message delivery, and an AI language-model provider to generate replies — strictly to operate the service.
Retention
Conversation data is retained to provide the service and can be deleted on request by the business that owns it.
Your choices
A customer can stop the assistant at any time by messaging the business. Businesses can request export or deletion of their data by contacting us.
